Solution
Bixler streamlined publication workflows for Lab Products' 2000-plus item catalog with a custom content management solution and brought advanced multimedia product demonstrations to the web. Our team also deployed a suite of e-commerce sales and customer service tools to help their sales team deliver online quotes, manage orders and communicate quickly and securely with customers via an extranet. Finally, we built an Intranet that enabled the secure exchange of information between employees and affiliates. Although Lab Products' employees are separated geographically, they now share product specifications, company news and information and scientific papers in real time as if they are in the same office.
