| The National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA) Selects Bixler for Web Site Redesign, Advanced Web Publishing Capabilities, and E-Commerce |

Washington DC, March 5, 2002 – Bixler Incorporated, a leading eBusiness software developer, today announced that the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA), a leading national nonprofit association focused on the financing, development, and preservation of affordable housing, has selected Bixler to redesign its organizational web site and integrate DataTools™ and RapidRelay™ for advanced content management and e-commerce capabilities.
NCSHA represents its members in Washington before Congress, the Administration, and federal agencies concerned with housing, such as HUD and the Treasury, and with other advocates for affordable housing. The organization sought a more professional and functional design, along with advanced web publishing capabilities, e-commerce, online conference management, and e-mail list management.
With the objective of improving member-to-member communications, the site will include password-enabled sections for members to promote organizational best practices and knowledge sharing.
In addition, DataTools™ Event Manager module will allow NCSHA to provide its valued members with the ability to register for NCSHA conferences and events. Bixler will integrate its RapidRelay™ e-commerce platform for transaction processing and reporting functionalities – allowing NCSHA to securely accept and process credit card payments online for its publications and conferences.
